Chairman Profile

• Dr. Wen Fengtai, chairman of the VTeam Group, is a pioneer and innovative practitioner in China’s commercial factoring and supply chain finance sectors, and is also an expert in commercial factoring, supply chain finance, risk management and SME financing. He has about 30 years of experience in China and the worldwide.

  Dr. Wen Fengtai awarded the 2017 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, head of the education and training task force of Commercial Factoring Expertise Committee of CATIS, and an arbitrator of Hainan Arbitration Commission. He was accredited by FCI in 1994, and was appointed expert lecturer for around 100 banks and commercial factoring institutions such as the People's Bank of China, Bank of China, and China Construction Bank. He has published several papers and monographs and made outstanding contributions to the innovative development of China's commercial factoring and supply chain finance industries.

The technical and R&D team accounts for more than half of the Group’s employees, of whom holders of bachelor's degree, master’s degree and above account for more than 90%, and those with 5 years of work experience and above account for a large proportion.
