  VTeam Financial Services Group is a leading brand in supply chain finance industry in China. Its strategic shareholder is Softbank China Capital. VTeam is the only global technology investment group who has won the “Asian Banker” awards for two consecutive years. It has developed six AI technologies independently, including Intelligent recognition, intelligent risk control etc. The group's business layout covers “3+1” major ecosystems, including fintech ecosystem, financial services ecosystem, AI digital platform ecosystem, and overseas service ecosystem, building a global “Technology + Finance” service network for Chinese enterprises.

  In the field of the fintech ecosystem, VTeam has independently developed over 90 sets of software system solutions, and owns 19 patents worldwide in the supply chain finance risk control area. It has provided efficient intelligent financial technology services to over 100 banks and supply chain finance service providers in China, capturing more than 65% of the domestic market. Additionally, it offers technology services to financial institutions in Europe, Japan, and Australia.

  In terms of the financial services ecosystem, VTeam has established factoring institutions in multiple locations such as Beijing, Tianjin, Chongqing, and Jiangsu, and has cooperation with dozens of central state-owned enterprises such as CSCEC (China State Construction Engineering Corporation Ltd.), CCCC (China Communications Construction Company), China Mobile, State Grid, China Unicom, COFCO (China National Cereals, Oils and Foodstuffs) Group, and PICC (The People's Insurance Company (Group) of China), and nearly 100 well-known enterprises such as JD Group, ByteDance, and Geely Group. It has provided supply chain finance services to tens of thousands of enterprises, including eight major central SOEs such as CSCEC, CCCC, and China Railway, with a business scale exceeding RMB10 billion. VTeam has issued ABN (Asset-Backed Notes) for China Mobile, a well-known state-owned company, in the total amount of RMB20 billion, a record high in China's communications industry. Meanwhile, VTeam also provides international supply chain finance services and overseas bank account opening and payment services for Chinese import and export companies and overseas subsidiaries of Chinese enterprises across 223 countries and regions worldwide.

  In the field of the AI digital platform ecosystem, VTeam partnered with the Ministry of Commerce of the PRC, People’s Government of Hubei Province, SOEs, central SOEs, and listed companies to build 38 supply chain finance and online investment and financing platforms for SMEs which offers financing solutions. The security level of these platforms are the highest for non-banking institutions under the Ministry of Public Security. At the same time, with the support of the Ministry of Commerce, VTeam is the sole operator of the Global Online Financing Platform. Meanwhile, it also established five sub-platforms with Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Cambodia under the Global Online Financing Platform, offering overseas financing services to support Chinese enterprises expanding globally.

  In terms of the overseas financial service ecosystem, VTeam is active in the markets of Hong Kong, the United States, the European Union, Australia, and the ASEAN countries. It has obtained relevant financial licenses globally. Its overseas service ecosystem covers the major developed economies such as the United States and the European Union, as well as emerging economies in the ASEAN region.
